**Please note**:

Due to limited parking availability, parking up top (by the fields) will be limited to the elderly, disabled and league directors.  Everyone else will be asked to park below (In the high school parking lot by the varsity baseball field).

·         Please try to arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your scheduled awards time.  Have your team meet by the JV baseball field (K2) for placements on the field for awards. 

• Each player will receive 4 tickets for themselves and their families, redeemable for 1 free hot dog or a slice of pizza, chips, and a drink.  Additional tickets are available the night of the picnic for $2.00 each.
• We need volunteers throughout the evening to help with serving food, filling drinks, making hot dogs, emptying garbage, and anything else you are willing to do before or after your scheduled awards time.  Thank-you in advance for your help and support.
